When the title of a piece becomes known, I see it as completed. this piece took a while to be named; its creation was at a very tumultuous time when I was seeking answers and looking for solace for loved ones lost and these words came to mind — as I sit and gaze out from myself into the path of those passed 'into the light' embracing all aspects of their being holding on much too tight knowing I must unclench my heart with love releasing them to fly high into the unknown into the beyond into the Great Escape.
